Tablescape Thursday for Christmas

This old tablecloth I believe, is damask and is very well used!!!  Red pottery dishes from Italy, water goblets are Pfaltzgraff, very old......just this summer found these wine glasses at TJM...where else???  Thought they looked good together...chargers from Walmart long ago......soup bowls from Salvation Army Thrift Shop, they have a wreath of holly in white on white, doesn't show in the pics, but they are very pretty.....

I'm using Spode paper napkins because they are so festive, I know my mother would frown!!!

Love your pretty tablecloth -- I like to place mine on the table like that as well -- I almost alway offer paper and cloth for my guests -- cloth for the lap to protect their clothes and paper for the mouth (it saves lots of stains on the cloth ones). Love your pretty spode ones -- they come in such nice selections now.

That tablecloth is just gorgeous and love your red dishes....so festive.
Your tablecloth reminds me of some towels I have that have trim in green grape leaves. I love them too!!
Very warm and inviting table.
Blessings for a Joyous Christmas

Wait! There are 12 days until Christmas? Isn't that where the song originated? I may not have 12 Drummers Drummin, but I DO have 12 oatmeal cookies in the freezer!
