Falling kitchen

Today I finally got some shots of the business end of my kitchen, its a small room and I had to make good use of every inch!!!  It is also my favorite room in the house because I love to cook and bake.....and it houses my favorite things!!!

These two pics were taken while standing in the doorway to the dining room.  The kitchen is not large enough for table and chairs so all meals are taken in the  dining room.

There it is, just turn around once and you're done!!!  The cut away looks into the dining room and from the sink area can see out the dining room windows to the back yard.

Standing in dining room looking into kitchen......even included the trash bin!!

That back counter is where all the baking takes place, the lazy susan on the right houses all the baking supplies, and my mixer is always handy on the counter.  Top drawer has all spices and herbs lying down in rows.  Now what's that on the window ledge???

Look what I found in the basement in a box of old toys belonging to my son...cute!!!

This is my pantry box and holds all the cookie cutters, cookie presses and stamps.  Did I tell you I collect bunnies???

Now here is another great thing.....I can see the TV from the kitchen!!!  Something to be said for tiny houses!!!

Thanks for stopping by to view my favorite room!!!

Good Afternoon Cleo, What a lovely kitchen you have. I also use a lazy susan in my kitchen, I use it for all my herbs, spices and oils and like you I can see my tv from the kitchen....that's a treat, I don't always watch, but I do listen whilst I'm cooking. Have a lovely day. Best Wishes Daphne

Love your kitchen. It looks wonderful and the layout looks so functional. I love that you can see the DR and LR, that makes it feel so open and inviting. Hugs, Marty

I think we have the same kitchen!! Our pass through also looks out the sliding doors into the back gardens. Everything looks very simular, except I think you have more cabnits and definatly more counter space. You have it all organized so well! Come do mine! LOL

Yes, we will conquer the Raccoons, have once before and will again. It was just so shocking to see them after 4 years. Thought they were visiting someone elses for good. Thank you so much for the encouragement! The dogs can and will have to hold it. We will be more cautious from now on, I can't have anything happen to them. They are my protectors from my estranged absusive husband. Been trying to get a divorce for 3 yrs now, finally have a court date in Feb. Just want it over and him to stay away...yes, we have a stay away order from the Criminal Court and a restraining order from Family Court. But that doesn't seem to stop him and he receives no reprocusions...just very frustrating.
Whew! Didn't mean to write a book...so sorry.
Wishing you a wonderful week!
*hugs*deb

You have a nice and inviting kitchen! Mine is also a small one, I guess is better for not having to walk that much around! Love that little tractor and the wagon!
