Christmas Tour

The decorating is done........I think!!  Ornaments and decorations keep popping up and of course I have to find room for them.......every nook and cranny is filled and my home is on overload!!  And, I love it!!  I haven't decorated in about 3 years, so this year I am filled with spirit and joy!!

Here's some pics of the dining room......it all starts with the buffet....

I truly love how the floral piece turned out, filled with textures, glitter and the palest of pink roses.  It has tiny fairy lights woven through it and I will take a pic of that soon.

I love how Joseph is sheltering his family.....

A recent find at TJMaxx, written in Italian with a Tuscan scene, it also reminds me of humble dwellings in the Holy Land.

Soft muted colors with glitter and sparkle.......I love cones and acorns......

The little tree on the side table is a favorite for Annie!!  She sits next to it on the plastic mat and gazes out the window, and every now and then inspects the tree!!

That's it for the dining room for now, will set a table later.....

The living room starts off with a new huge wreath to coordinate with the floral piece on the buffet......

Sorry for the blurry pic, my hands are just not that steady any more.....

Got these hydrangeas at Jo Ann's, I love them with the gold sparkles!!

This bowl matches the pieces on the buffet, I tipped it on its side to house the nest and special ornament.

And I finally found my mother's manger set, its been missing for years!!  It was always my job to arrange this set under the tree every year.  I remember it also had the 3 Magi, a shepard boy and a cow.  They must have broken along the way.  It is chalkware from the 1930's, I'll repair it someday.......

Pillow I made using a pic from the Graphics Fairy.

I have to end this for tonight, more to come tomorrow!!!

Cleo, what a lovely Nativity on the buffet! I've never seen one like that. So pretty. Love your wreath and bouquet. Everything looks so festive. Merry Christmas!
